I met King Moe in 2020 during the pandemic, and we hit it off immediately over zoom. She and I met for the first time in real life in Peru for an epic adventure to Machu Picchu.
King Moe is a Glitter Human because she brings her authentic self ALWAYS without question. She leads with her soul, which shines through in everything she does. I'm honored to call her my soul sister!

There are many ways to work on your mental health. Photography is one of them. Learning how to be comfortable in your skin on and off camera is vital for confidence and how we show up in our world.
We remember moments in snapshot form. We are taking mental pictures all day. Being comfortable in your skin is something the world does not condition us to do. King Moe has supported me as I discovered my own light and learned how to expand and elevate it. King Moe helped me keep my glitter bright and right. Today, I'm always camera ready. Doni Aldine and I met in Lima, Peru, on a Remote Year program. As our program was ending, I asked, "Doni can we chat every Tuesday?" We have had a standing zoom call ever since. To tell you I have grown so much by having Doni in my life would be an understatement. I'm honored to call her my dearest friend and mentor.

As a nomad, I'm constantly on the move and always switching gyms. Gini Grimsley keeps me in check. As soon as I land in a new country, I locate a gym and send her pictures. We for sure have some funny stories on that alone. No gym is created equal, LOL!!
I met Gini when I lived in Denver, Colorado. She was my personal trainer there at the local gym. When I started my Glitter Explorer life, she came with me on the road. I meet with her every week, discussing diet and fitness while ensuring I'm on track.
I love having Gini around as a sounding board and someone who will hold me accountable. She helps me keep my body feeling healthy, Gini also helps me maintain SEXY mental health.

Philip Young is one of my favorite glitter humans! I have referred him to so many I've lost count. Let me explain how he has helped me personally. Again, maintaining SEXY mental health comes in many forms, and astrology is one of them.

I have worked with Philip on birth chart readings, tarot cards, astrocartography, relationships, and business advice. My mind is always blown every time I speak to him.

I look at astrology as another way to gain perspective on my life. While working with Philip, I have gained much insight into my current way of being and the WHY behind specific actions. Carolyn Sheehan and I first met when I came to see her to learn Reiki. I connected with her beautiful glitter energy right away. She has become a important member of my Avengers team and part of my routine in keeping my mental health SEXY.

Our mind body, and spirits need tune ups from time to time. Life never stops bring us lessons and joy. Carolyn is my go to for all things Reiki and I recently did a past life regression with her. Carolyn is the real deal when it comes to being a lightworker. She does the work because it's her purpose. Carolyn taught me to channel, transform and protect my energy. Nancy Parker is a true gift. I wasn't sure what to do with Nancy when I first met her. I describe her to my friends as fierce woo woo.

What do I mean by that? The best way to explain this is to tell you how she has helped me. Nancy is my go to person for all personal energy clearings. She keeps my energy fields clear from any negative energy I may have attracted along the way. Next we have been working on releasing any trapped emotions being held in my organs. I believe, disease is caused by a combination of negative trapped energy, diet, and lifestyle. Nancy not only helped me release this stuck energy (sometimes from several past lifetimes) but we at times unpack the emotions and develop a deeper knowing and awareness around them.

I get many questions about how I got started in this nomad life. It all started for me with a company called Remote Year (RY). Here is my personal testimonial.
I joined RY in September of 2019 for a 12-month program around the world. 12 countries in 12 months. Unfortunately, my whirlwind adventure got cut short due to the pandemic in March 2020. I made it through about 11 countries over 7 months.
During my time with RY, I learned a lot about myself and made some AMAZING glitter humans along the way. RY may not be for everyone. It's a commitment, and you just walk into it with an open mind and a willingness to learn. I recommend that anyone trying it out start with one month and a max of four months.
